I hope you all are doing well. Today, I’m in the mood of having a healthy breakfast. I woke up early today (very unusual) to make this smoothy bowl. Its very simple, easy, super quick and very tasty (yum!). There are tons of recipes you can get online, but I just mixed fruits that I have in the fridge.


  1. Frozen Fruits ( Mango, Dragon Fruit, and Blue Berries)
  2. Yogurt
  3. Apple Juice


  1. Frozen Mango
  2. Grapes
  3. Shredded Coconuts
  4. Green Tea Kit Kat

How To:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, juice last, then blend until smooth.
  2. Just pour into a bowl and sprinkle toppings into the bowl.
